If I come in with a therapeutic agenda about how things ought to go, I would potentially miss so much of what you bring to me, doing us both a disservice. Because of this, I keep an open and curious mindset drawing on many evidence-based treatments. I am flexible and work hard to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable and at ease. In each session, you set the pace for your treatment, and I will support you every step of the way. Therapy time is your time, not mine, and I am committed to helping you achieve your goals.
